Traveling with kids can be a challenge, to put it mildly. But help is at hand from the smartphone in your pocket. Next time you travel with your kids, make sure you download some of the following apps to your Android device, and they will make the whole experience a lot less stressful.

PackPoint

Getting kids to pack properly can seem nearly impossible. It’s not much fun when it’s just you, but when it’s your kids as well, things can get stressful. So use an app like PackPoint to take the hard work out of it.

There is nothing worse than arriving on holiday and discovering that your child has forgotten something essential. This app reminds you of all the important things you need to take so you won’t forget anything next time you travel.

Postagram Postcards

You may be able to send emails and WhatsApp videos to friends and family back home, but an old-fashioned postcard is more special. And it’s a lot more fun! Use the Postagram Postcards app to make this easy.

You can create a custom postcard from your phone by taking a photo and adding a message, then it will print off the postcard and mail it to your contact. It’s a great way to keep the grandparents happy, and the kids will love doing it too.

Weather Live Free

Knowing what the weather will be like on the day you travel and when you arrive is essential if you want to plan properly for your trip. So use this Android weather app to find out. It provides accurate weather forecasts all over the world so you will never be caught by a surprise shower or storm when you are least expecting it.

Rest Stopping

Long car journeys can be a nightmare for parents, so make them easier by using the Rest Stopping app. This will alert you to all of the places where you can take a break on the road wherever you are in the United States. It is available offline as well so it doesn’t matter if you cannot get a connection. It’s simple to use, updated regularly, and you won’t have to worry about looking out for the next place to take a rest.

Glympse: Share GPS Location

Keeping an eye on your kids can be a challenge at the best of times, but it can be ever harder when you travel. That’s where an app like Glympse: Share GPS Location comes in handy. You can use this to keep track of everyone’s location, and you can also share your location and receive a notification when they get it.

Take the Hassle Out of Traveling with Kids

If you are planning to go traveling with your kids, make sure you download a few of these apps to your Android device. Traveling does not have to be too stressful if you go prepared, so use these apps to help you out both before you travel and while you are traveling, and enjoy a less stressful time.
