I love baking with coconut oil. So many places where you might use horrible canola oil or butter I now use coconut oil and things taste so much fresher.

Interesting! THEY ‘ RE always coming up w/new “trends” but, this has to been around since water!! I currently use “coconut oil” on my face/neck/deglate(?chest area, for blemishes), back of hands(cuz it looks good), and hair (which, is extremely long). The noticeable differences are so obvious, I can just imagine what it’ll do to my innerds!!! LoL! I gotta give it a whirl!

I’ve never used an activity tracker, but my dad uses one. I am trying to work more efficiently on losing weight and being more active, so if I won this it would help me to keep track of where I am, where I need to step it up some.
