I must say without a doubt I need more Vitamin D! I live up here in Seattle & Tacoma (in Seattle caring for my mom from Wed-Sat & back home from a few days from Sat-Wed in NE Tacoma, by the way – huge differences in the parts of Tacoma…lol) & up here in the Pacific NW we are seriously lacking in the ability to absorb even the recommended amounts of said vitamin due to the lack of sun exposure. Not our fault. Though we do get some sun in the summer time & a few days here and there during the other seasons I am totally deficient. I know this for a fact.
