Toy Story Storytime Theater Projector #FAMChristmas

Got a Disney fan in the house? How about one that likes Toy Story as well? I do, and we love to read stories at bedtime. So this Toy Story Storytime Theater Projector is perfect for us!

With the Storytime Theater™, kids can see and hear their favorite storybook characters come to life. Simply place the Press N’ Play on the screen of your tablet to unlock your favorite story. Through a wireless connection with the Projector, watch as the story magically comes to life on the wall, with custom animation for every page. Kids can enjoy three different modes: Read To Me, Bedtime, and Read It Myself. There are eight different Press N’ Play stories to collect! Storytime Theater™ App is available on iTunes and Google Play.

I like that this comes as a set, and I can buy extra stories to add to our collection. Here’s how you set it up:

  1. Download the app (Android or Apple) on your tablet and plug in the projector.
  2. Touch the screen with the Press N’Play figure.
  3. Watch the story come to life with animated story pages!

Plus, there are 3 different modes to enjoy the Storytime Theater with:

  • Read to Me: Projects the images as the narrator reads the story to you
  • Read by Myself: Projects the images as you read at your own pace (or record your own special reading)
  • Bedtime: Automatically tells the story with a starry night show and shuts off when the story is over

My 6 year old can operate this by himself but he loves when we curl up together and read a story or two at bedtime. But it’s also helpful when he’s working on his own reading skills because he can try it himself and enjoy the animation or simply enjoy having it read aloud. Just make sure to close the blinds so the kids can see the projection on the wall.
