- 2 - Red Bell Peppers
- 2 - Yellow Bell Peppers
- 1 - Yellow Onion
- 1 pack - frozen, cooked shrimp
- Salt & Pepper to taste
- Chop the peppers and onion, add to pan
- Add ¾ cups Marukan Seasoned Gourmet Rice Vinegar
- Allow vegetables to cook for 2-4 minutes and soften
- Add packed of cooked, thawed shrimp
- Fry on high for 7-10 minutes, or until onions are golden brown and shrimp is hot
