Cheddar Bay Chili Bowl Biscuits Recipe

Ingredients
  • 2 cups - All Purpose Flour
  • 1½ cups - shredded cheddar cheese (sharp or mild)
  • ½ cup - butter, melted
  • 1 cup - buttermilk
  • ½ cup - salt
  • 2 tsps - garlic powder
  • 1 tbsp - baking powder
  • 1 tbsp - sugar
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven 425 degrees when using the Good Cook Bake-A-Bowl dark pan
  2. In a large mixing bowl, mix flour, baking powder, sugar, garlic powder and salt. In a separate mixing bowl, combine buttermilk and butter. Add the wet mixture to the dry mixture. Add the cheese atop and gently mix until well blended.
  3. Using a fork, add mixture to the Good Cook Bake-A-Bowl pan up to the serving line. Place top ½ of pan on the bottom pan.
  4. Bake for 8-11 minutes, or until golden brown.
  5. Add any precooked or homemade chili atop of the cheddar bay biscuit bowls and garnish with a hint of shredded cheese.
