Tasty Sweet Nutter Butter Cactus Pops

  • Nutter butter cookies
  • Light green candy melts
  • White sprinkles
  • Pink heart candies
  • Pink lollipop sticks
  1. In a small microwave safe bowl, heat 2 cups of your light green candy melts on 50% power for 3 to 4 minutes, stirring every 30 seconds until melted.
  2. Lay out a piece of parchment paper, open each cookie and place onto the parchment paper.
  3. Dip each lollipop stick into your melted green chocolate and onto the center of half of the opened cookies.
  4. Use a spoon to drip a little more melted chocolate on top of your lollipop stick and press the other half of the cookie back on carefully.
  5. Carefully transfer your cookies to the freezer for five minutes for the chocolate in the center to harden.
  6. Dip each cookie into the melted chocolate to coat them green, let any excess drip off.
  7. Place onto your parchment paper, top with sprinkles and a heart candy on top.
  8. Transferred to the freezer for 10 minutes for the chocolate to harden.
