For most of us, we have been in back-to-school mode. The rushing here and there, purchasing school supplies and new clothing to start off the new year. However, the rushing doesn’t end there! Once school is in full swing, there comes a plethora of extra activities. In addition to morning rushes, afternoon errands, and night-time homework we need to squeeze in time to make it to other events. It’s enough to have any Mom throwing up her hands! Seriously! When your day is already packed, it leaves you wondering how you will make it through. For a lot of us, the extra stress can bring on a dreaded cold sore. While I can’t do much about my schedule, I can take care to reduce the stress it causes and help in preventing cold sores!
