As much as I am at my desk and on my computer, lighting is very important to me. Good lighting helps reduce eye strain and well, I like to actually “see” what I am doing. With that said, finding a good light that provides light where I need it has always been an issue. It seems regular lamps would shine from the sides or produce glare and/or shadows. However, I have found the perfect solution with BenQ ScreenBar Lamp!
