So far there haven’t been any repairs (got fingers crossed!)
My most expensive home.repair was fixing my roof/part of a wall. I live in a travel trailer so when a small leak appears above, it becomes a BIG deal that you have to act fast on. (Out here in Oregon it rains at tge most random times so not only a leak but possibly a mold issue if you let it go too long. Or else you wind up kicking yourself later). Not to mention, repair on those things is always a way bigger job than anticipated, never just a quick and easy patch job.
My most expensive home repair so far has been a shattered patio door. I have a higher deductible so we paid out of pocket – it was a little over $500.
I’ve never had one. I’ve either rented or my husband was able to do the work.
Replacing my sub floor has become very expensive.
We had the house painted outside. It was expensive.
new roof a few years ago
kitch is most expensive home repair .
no big repairs yet
I am a renter, so I haven’t had to pay for an expensive home repair.
Did the kitchen a couple years ago. A lot of stuff has been done throughout the years.
