  • I enjoy anonymously leaving bags of clothing or nonperishable food items at people’s doors so they’re surprised when opening the door.

  • I enjoy anonymously leaving bags of clothing or non-perishable food items at the doors of strangers.

  • My church throws a Christmas party at the local jail.

  • I have lots of friends with kids under 5 and I help them out every chance I get…watching their kiddos when needed, taking them a meal….because this age is tough!

  • I donate to the local women and children’s center. Anything we don’t need that they could use.

  • I am the ‘dog lady’ in town. If someone, even a stranger, needs help (training, placement etc) with a dog, they call me and I do my best to help both the dog and the person

  • It depends on the day. Sometimes, I share a smile. Other times, I am shopping, and find a great buy for an Operation Christmas Child box. And other times, I like to surprise a friend with a gift…It is fun to keep life interesting, and the best way to do that is to spread positivity…

  • I help others out.

  • i try to do unto others…like sharing, offering to help when there is a need, giving to charities and food banks, being supportive, etc.

  • various ways but I love doing it if we are in line (starbucks, or fast food) paying for the person behind me, meal/order

  • Once a year to celebrate our profession, I treat my co-workers to a nice gift bag filled full of lovely goodies.

  • I always try and cheer people up who are in a bad mood.

  • I practice empathy as much as possible. I find it’s a lot harder to be rude or angry to someone when you consider their point of view, the kind of day they might be having, etc. I try to do small things to show my appreciation, like leaving notes or emails for friends randomly to say I’m thinking of them.

  • When on a toll road, which is a lot here in Florida, I spread kindness by paying the toll of car behind me and ask the attendant to tell them to have a great day!

  • I try to do nice, unexpected things for people all day long.

  • I make raffle baskets for my church!

  • I like to pay it forward in different ways.

  • My sisters have children (I was unable) and I am there to help them when they need an extra hand. My parents are older and I am there for them as well.

  • I hold the door open for students at my school!

  • I buy ebooks for friends and people I have not met to brighten their days.

  • I like to do random gifts to people to surprise them. Also buying someones order in a bar is fun!

  • I help my friends when they are sick (one’s got the flu and I took her dinner last night.) I also have helped a friend move, run another friend to the store, and helped catch dogs that get loose on my street.
