Licorice, lemon & honey is a good remedy for a cold or slight flu.
My home remedy is to gargle with warm salt water to help a sore throat!

We gargle with warm salt water. For a sore throat, place 1/4 tsp of salt in 1 cup of warm water, dissolve and then gargle.

Tea with honey
Can’t afford to get sick, so I definitely could use this!
Tea or hot water with honey usually works for us!
We don’t have a home remedy.
we just try warm salt water gargles . then move to numbing sprays, etc.
Mine is tea with lemon.
I use salt water, honey in tea, chicken broth, Ricola and sore throat numbing spray.
We usually do a lot of salt water gargles already!
gargling salt water
we gargle warm salt water and follow that with a small spoon of local honey.
We usually gargle with mouthwash or saltwater multiple times a day when we have a sore throat.
No kids in my household. Lemon, honey and whiskey!
i dont get a sore throat often, but I just drink a lot of hot teas when it occurs.
Homemade chicken soup (which I always have on hand in the freezer); fluids; humidifier; warm blanket and lots of rest.
Lots and lots of hot tea
No, we do not have anything that we have found to work, we just start up the humidifier!
I use salt water to gargle or an organic rinse. Rotate between hot tea with lemon & honey & lots of ice water.
We gargle with warm sea salt water and make honey ginger tea.
We gargle with salt water and take Vitamin C
No home remedies, just tylenol 🙂
I’ve never used a home remedy for a cold or sore throat.
Hot water with a bit of honey and lemon is a soothing drink. It calms the pain some.
I love Vicks Vaporub for a bad cold.
Get a lot of Vitamin C.
