My favorite flavor is Orchard Peach! It was creamy and smooth and tasted like it had fresh just-picked peaches added in. I love that Activia has fruit-on-the-Bottom flavors. I have always loved the fruity yogurts and had recently started eating Greek Yogurt because it has more protein and it stays with me longer in the morning. Activia’s Greek Yogurt has 12 grams of protein and only 130 calories and ZERO Fat! I have been eating it for 10 days and it definitely is helping my digestive system. Activia Greek Yogurt is the perfect food!
I highly recommend Activia Greek Yogurt for anyone who wants a great breakfast food or even a healthy snack. I would (and have) eat it for dessert! It is sweet enough to satisfy my sweet tooth so it will definitely satisfy yours!
