About The Spa Girl Life
Nicole Black is a serial entrepreneur and author with a degree in Business Administration. The first company she co-founded was a French bakery and bistro; Renaud’s Patisserie & Bistro with six locations throughout Southern California.
Her personal mantra is “Human. Being. Committed to kindness.” She started The Spa Girl Life to help fulfill her mission of helping others nourish themselves from the inside out. Her love of candle making began in 2015 when she needed a mental distraction due to personal upheaval in her life. She recognized the integral role that aromatherapy and meditation had played in her personal growth and set on a mission to help others as well.
She lives and works in Santa Barbara, California with her daughter and hopes that with each candle humans everywhere will take a moment to reflect on all that they are grateful for.
