Cystic Fibrosis Foundation Le Meat Ball Gala November 14, 2015
This Saturday you can attend a great ball to help out a great organization. The Cystic Fibrosis Foundation’s third annual Meat Ball Gala, which is co-chaired by Dr. Carol Kerlakian and Mrs. Betsy Schmidt, will be going on from 6pm to midnight. It includes a cocktail reception, auctions, raffles, live music, and dancing.
The Cystic Fibrosis Foundation is the world’s leader in finding a cure for cystic fibrosis, a life-shortening genetic disease. This disease affects 30,000 children and adults in the United States. The Meat Ball Gala helps to raise money for this foundation so we can get closer to a cure. There are several packages available for purchase.
This year’s theme is La Vie en Rose and will bring the sights, sounds, and tastes of France to the Hilton Netherland Plaza’s opulent Pavilion Caprice Ballroom. There will be a four-course French-inspired meal prepared by nationally renowned Executive Chef Todd Kelly of Orchids at Palm Court.
This great gala is sponsored by Northlich, Birchwood Foods, American Airlines, Fresh Sausage Specialists. A huge thanks goes to these sponsors for helping put together a great event to help out the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation. It is sure to be a fun night of dancing, food, raffles, and helping a great cause. Make sure to visit The Meat Ball website to find out more about this great event.
