Don’t let strangers, acquaintances, and/or family members touch you until they clean up or wash themselves. I have allergies so I tend to be lore vigilant than most people. Yes I have hurt people feelings but I show them a of me after touching a vlosr friend and let them know I do not want to go through it again!

I avoid antibacterial products with triclosan. We defend against germs by hand washing hand washing hand washing.
