Dove and Dollar General are celebrating Real Beauty #DGFeelBeautifulFor
Disclosure: This post is sponsored by Global Influence, Dollar General & Dove; however, all opinions are 100% my own.
What inspires you to feel beautiful? How do you embrace and showcase the unique beauty you have? My inspiration comes from my daughter. Being the sole parent to raise her since birth, I have tried to teach her to embrace her beauty both inside and out, that is what makes her really resonate and shine everywhere she goes.
Being an ovarian cancer survivor, my daughter has become my inner and outer strength, most particularly over the last 6 years. She is a beautiful, kind, giving young lady and I am in awe and inspiration knowing that I helped shape and create this lovely individual.
I love when companies raise awareness and show that real beauty comes from within, something that I have tried to teach my daughter since she was a young child.
Dollar General and Dove believe that examples of unique beauty are all around us and deserve to be rewarded! That’s why they have teamed up to celebrate and inspire us to embrace our own beauty.

your daughter is beautiful what a great story thanks for sharing
Love Dove products and have been using them since Grandma introduced them to me.
I love dove products and your story. i wish more people would teach their children that beauty is more than just skin deep. I have also taught my children this as well( both sons and daughter). I also try to teach my granddaughters the same. Maybe less kids would be picked on if eveone taught the same lessons. Unfortunately there are too many vein people in this world.
You daughter is stunning!
What a great post. I admire the way that you taught your daughter about beauty.
Looking forward to looking through all your posts.
This is so awesome! I’ve got to make a trip later to the DG 🙂 You have a beautiful daughter!
an inspiring story and a beautiful daughter.
