Washing your fruit and vegetables is so important. You never know what is on them!
I do wash my produce and its usually under warm water and with dishsoap on paper towel, then rinse.
I rinse my foods with cold water and I also use NY Norwex veggie cloth.
I wash only what I am going to eat under cold running water and then I pat dry with a paper towels to get the water off before I EAT IT OR PUT IT IN THE FRIDGE,
I wash all my produce prior to eating. The method depends on what it is. Spinach and leafy greens I usually put in a bowl of clean water, while I rinse many other items.
I normally wash only what I’m not gonna peel in a bowl of water with a splash of vinegar and only just before we use them.
I would love to win!
