My Grandmother used to give me card on Mother’s Day to let me know that I should have given my Mother a card, “And if I didn’t…!…” just to let me know I was loved. I do miss her much!

The best love letter I received from my nephews was after we had spent Christmas holidays with my in-laws and I spent most of my time playing with the boys, including building a gingerbread house with them. I received a lovely thank you note from the three of them which really warmed my heart.
I don’t have any children, nieces, nephews or grandchildren – but my grandmother always sends me the most wonderful cards – and usually a note along with them. She is a very special person.
