Fill Their Baskets with Americas Favorite Treat – PEEPS®
Easter time is one of my most favorite times of the year. So many events happening simultaneously around that time from Spring Break at school, to the weather warming up and birds returning from a winter in the warmer climate and of course, Easter itself. When I was a young girl, I remember waking up and running to the family room to find my Easter basket filled with delightful treats, but what I always went for first and foremost was the PEEPS®.

Lemon sherbet flavored Peeps? Cool
PEEPS may not be my favorite treat but their cousins, Mike & Ike’s and Peanut Chews, are!
I love Peeps. When I was a teenager we used to stick them to the dashboard and leave them until they turned hard as rocks!
I’ve seen so many creative dishes with PEEPS; I think the birds nest ones are really cute.
I remember when the only Peeps you could get were the yellow chicks. I guess I am old!
In addition to Easter and Christmas, I wonder if they make other holiday PEEPS.
I’ve never seen Christmas PEEPS before.

We were at a cheerleading competition and there was a PEEPS store near the venue. It was so funny seeing all these uniformed cheerleaders walking back to the hotel with these huge, stuffed PEEPS. lol
These all look tasty–Peeps are good! The Orange Sherbet ones would be great combined with vanilla ice cream!

I was just at the supermarket and saw PEEP-filled Oreos. Those wouldn’t last long!

I have seen some beautiful and crazy creative cakes made using PEEPS. I’m always in awe of those that can do that.
I’ve only seen the regular peeps, none of those on a stick or dipped in chocolate.
I love the different flavors Peeps has, especially the sour watermelon flavor. I definitely want to try the fruit punch, and the other new flavors they have.
I have a friend who might be enticed to try the Watermelon Peeps. He loves watermelon!

There is an official Peeps store not to far from me that is a huge hit for visitors. I’m sure they carry all the newest flavors, that I unfortunately don’t see all the time in grocery stores.

Peeps are such a mood thing for me. Sometimes I could really go for them and other times, not so much.

I love that they offer so many different flavors. However, the one that sticks out for me is the chocolate-covered Peep.
Peeps have been such a mainstay of Easter baskets for years. Now they have so many varieties! A visit to a brick and mortar Peeps store is a must if there’s one in your area.

I remember last year, when I was out doing some grocery shopping and randomly came across a Peeps Pop. I bought one just for the fun of it, and to show it to people. Sure enough, people were just oddly fascinated by these new “Peeps on a stick.” 🙂
