• I got it to work buy just hitting refresh every time I got an error or a blank page. It eventually took me all the way through the form and I got a confirmation saying my free flip flops will be shipped in 2-4 weeks. I’m using firefox, if that makes a difference – but I think it mostly is persistence with refreshing the page until you get through the form. Good luck!
