I try to use whole grains and organic foods when possible.
I like to add variety, the less bored the less likely to snack on stuff Im not supposed to
I bring lots of things to snack on so I don’t get too hungry

I try to make the contents from scratch as opposed to all those prepacked junk stuff that they have out there for children. The stuff has hardly any vitamins in it and leaves the children feeling empty and hungry so they want to eat again soon.
I try to pack all healthy food.
I use fruits and low fat yogurt, and water for lunch.
