The Legend of Kung Fu Rabbit DVD Review & Giveaway (Ends 09/29/13)

Legend of Kung Fu Rabbit will be released on DVD, Digital Download and Video on Demand September 24th from Lionsgate Home Entertainment.
With a all-star cast that includes Jon Heder (Napoleon Dynamite) & Tom Arnold (Hit and Run) and Academy Award nominee Michael Clarke Duncan (Best Actor in a Supporting Role, The Green Mile, 1999), this animation is truly a delight.
The storyline details of Fu the rabbit (voiced by Jon Heder), a humble chef who finds Kung-Fu master, Sifu the monkey (voiced by Tom Arnold) outside of his door, dying. Sifu’s dying request is that Fu deliver the Kung-Fu Academy Tablet to his daughter, Penny. Sifu then telepathically gives Fu with his Kung-Fu Master skills, but a clueless Fu is not fully aware yet of what has happened to him.
Finding his way to the Imperial city, Fu comes across many characters including Penelope & her sidekick, Biggie. Over time, Fu comes to realize that Penelope is the daughter if Sifu, “Penny”, that he has been searching for. While slowly learning the Kung-Fu skills he has been given, the trio eventually defeat Sifu’s rival, Slash (voiced by Michael Clarke Douglas) who has declared himself the .
After watching the movie, my family commented on what a true delight it was. Packed full of fun moments, beautifully depicted Chinese scenery and adventure, this movie will be a great addition to everyone’s collection.
Awarded the DOVE Foundation Seal of Approval, the Legend of Kung Fu Rabbit DVD, including a behind the scenes featurette and a sneak peak at “Miniscule,” with four award-winning animated shorts, will be available for the suggested retail price of $19.98 on 9/24/13.
