Eligibility: 2013 Marlboro Chill Off the Grid Instant Win Game (the “Instant Win Game”) is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States (excluding Massachusetts, Michigan, and Virginia) and the District of Columbia who are smokers twenty-one (21) years of age or older at the time of participation. Employees of Philip Morris USA Inc., its parent, affiliates, subsidiaries, vendors, advertising and promotion agencies including ePrize, Inc., D.L. Blair, Inc., and the immediate family members (spouse, parents, siblings and children) of each are not eligible. Noncompliance with any of the above eligibility requirements will result in disqualification. The Instant Win Game is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations and is void in Massachusetts, Michigan, Virginia, and where prohibited. Participation in the Instant Win Game constitutes entrant’s full and unconditional agreement to these Official Rules and Presenter’s and Administrator’s decisions, which are final and binding in all matters related to the Instant Win Game. Any person who has won a Marlboro Ranch Trip in a Marlboro contest or sweepstakes, or has received a gift of a Marlboro Ranch Trip as the recipient of a Marlboro Ranch Trip offer within the five (5) year period prior to August 5, 2013 is not eligible to win a Marlboro Ranch Trip Prize in this Instant Win Game.
