Here is a little about this amazing company from their website:

We have a lot of fun eating and selling the candy we ate as kids. Sometimes we are asked how we can sell 50 year old candy. It makes us smile and our response is that our candy is fresh from the manufacturer. We don’t make the candy, we tracked down the manufacturers who are still in business and sell their candy on the Internet.

Most of us have grown up, gone to college, maybe moved to a different area of the country, raised families and in the process have forgotten about the candy of our youth. We package and ship our candy every day so it gets into your hands (and mouths) quickly.

When the box arrived I loved the fun graphic on the front of the box (above) and when I opened it up I was greeted by more enjoyable fun and a LOT of candy.

Old Time Candy Photo 4The wax lips were my daughters favorite as they are something you don’t find around and they are a lot of fun. I remember these from when I was a kid. My mom was surprised as to how much “penny candy” was included in the box and had stories about those as well.

    • no, i don’t recall posting that, but whatever.

I did post that I would love the 60’s decade box.

  • The 70’s box… yes, that one!

  • Yes I love candy I want to try it all!

  • OOooo!! Gotta be the 70s box. There was a mom and pop candy store down the road from us and Neighbor kids and me would collect bottles for deposit monies and get the penny candy there!!

  • Eventhough I grew up in the 80s I would like the mixed decade box, it has such a great assortment to share with other who may enjoy the other treats too.

  • I would choose the 70’s box!
Being born in the 60’s,I have fond memories of all these candies. I used to walk to a Little League field down thr street with friends and but quite a few of these for pennies! The others remind me of time when I went with my Grandma “downtown” on a bus and went to some penny stores-I used to crack her up with the wax lips.
I used to play with Barbies alot and alot of those candlies were used for “dinner props” aka romantic dates with Ken…aaaaah memories!
I can remember too when I got my daughter her first Barbie- and she looked at it and said “what am I supposed to do with this? My heart broke as she tossed it aside and went for the GameBoy.
And you know what? If I won this, I would keep all the wrappers and make a collage- just for the fun of it, and wear my candy necklace proudly! LOL

  • I think I’d go with the 80’s because it’s when my sister was born and her b-day is soon!

  • I would choose the 70’s. I would love to share with my kids the candies I enjoyed as a child.

  • I would get the 90’s box and take a trip down memory lane from when I was a little kid!

  • I would like the 70’s decade box sine I was born in the 60’s

  • i think i would get the 70s box

  • I like the 80’s box the best

  • I would pick the 1960’s

  • definitely the 70s.. I wasn’t even alive in the 70s, but I remember most of these candies so well <3! What a FUN shop!!

  • Candy of our youth is yummy

  • I would pick the 80’s box. It just looks the best.
