The book gives you a great avenue to raise the awareness of emotions to kids, especially how to handle them and when it’s okay to not always feel joy. Kids are so much more engaged nowadays with technology, school and extracurricular activities, they are taught at a young age to handle and adapt to a lot of different feelings.

This book is a wonderful way to help them to identify and navigate through different emotions. The book is filled with a world of relatable content, laid out in a colorful fashion. The book is available for purchase on Amazon. It is ideal for children ages 4-10, and is a easy read at 32 pages.
