I experience night sweats occasionaly usually my neck. I get a cool towel and have the fan on.
I have experienced them before. This would be amazing for bedtime!
My husband does and it makes it difficult for him to sleep.
I get very hot at nite and have MS which heat makes the ms worse !! I’ve been wanting to try one of these
I do experience night sweats. I usually just turn my pillow and it’s fine for a while.
My husband is always hot at night and I am normally freezing. If this keeps him cooler, it will keep me warmer, win-win. 🙂
Yes, and nothing helps because it is due to my blood sugar. It’s a never ending battle so I keep the AC on 60.
I wake up a few times a week and my head is sweating. I turn my pillow over to the opposite side and that offers temporary relief as I fall back to sleep.

I don’t get nightsweats from menopause but I get them from sleeping with the kiddos and just a hot house! I need a mattress that cools too! I’ve been looking for a new pillow and this sounds awesome!

I do get them every once in awhile. I use the ceiling fan to help me stay cool.
I do and I have to make sure that there are fans on, and in the winter even windows cracked!
I am always too hot at night. I flip my pillow frequently and keep a fan going near me during hot weather. I get night sweats in winter, but then I just keep flipping my pillow. I’d love to try this.
I don’t but my husband does and we haven’t found anything that really helps.
I don’t I freeze I wake up wanting more covers. My husband wakes up hot and will throw all the covers off and then complain that I stole them all.
