Have you heard of Seattle’s Best Coffee?  Did you know they have Frozen Coffee Blend kits in your grocery store’s freezer section?  They are delicious.  You can now make your own frozen coffee drink at home! Here is a great recipe featured on Seattle’s Best Coffee website:

Mega Mocha Peanut Butter Cup Coffee Shake
Serves two
Ingredients:
1 package Seattle’s Best Coffee® Mega Mocha Frozen Coffee Blend
1-1/4 cups milk
18 mini chocolate peanut butter cups, divided into groups of 8 and 10
2 tablespoons peanut butter chips

Directions:

1. Blend the milk and frozen coffee blend with 8 chocolate peanut butter cups until smooth.
2. Divide shakes into two glasses.
3. Chop remaining 10 chocolate peanut butter cups.
4. Top each glass with chopped chocolate peanut butter cups and peanut butter chips.
