Oh my yes, shows need to be changed up regularly. I do it every 6 months. Never heard of this brand before, but the ballets are awesome!
Shoes, not shows… Oh those spell checkers kill me… LOL…
Well, to tell you the whole truth, I am REALLY disappointed in Therafit company- another company that says Oh our shoes are so good, but NO wide wide sizes!! Give me a break. Do you SEE what our shoes do to you? We make doctors rich rich, podiatrists……. and all it takes is shoes that don’t ruin our feet!
This company was began by that women Doc on “the Doctors” show.. and I guess what can we expect, SHE wears high heels! LOL
These shoes are just fine for narrow feet should you have them. I do have daughter with narrow feet I would win these for her. Not me, sadly.
I try to get new ones about once a year
I had foot surgery due to a misaligned bone in my foot, probably caused by running in improper shoes. So I make it a point to get a properly fitted for running shoes and update them after about 600 miles. Any long distance runner will tell you the right shoes will make or break your run!
These are great for everyday wear and when I exercise.
I buy new tennis shoes whenever I can afford to. Sadly not as often as I would like sometimes though.
I try to get new shoes every year, but I don’t wear exercise regularly.
I jog everyday. It is important for me to have several pair of jogging shoes. I currently have three pair and I wear a different pair each day. I update my running sneakers every three months. I need good support for my feet, shins, legs and back.
Luckily, I have won shoes and boots or bought on sale, so I regularly rotate them so I don’t wear them out.
It is important to change out shoes you wear often. The rubber loses it’s spring and bad shoes can hurt your back and other places.
No, I don’t. I know deep down that I should change out my walking shoes more often, but the still growing feet in the family always get the shoe budget first.
I do think it is important. I try to get new workout shoes 2-3 times a year. Doesn’t always happen though.
Yes, The sole of the shoe gives way and you need support that over time gives way.
Yes! My dad’s arches fell from much damage. I should get new shoes every six months but it is more like every two years.
