  • Ive only tried Zumba, which I love.

  • I have only one fitness DVD and it is Yoga. I have always been flexible, I was a dancer when I was younger, and yoga is something that I have always enjoyed doing. After having my third (and last) baby, I could use a little bit of help in the exercise department. I would love to have this as a guide!

  • JULLIAN MICHAELS FROM A FRIEND.

  • I have borrowed many fitness DVDs from our local library. I can’t say I got hooked on any particular one. My last on was Yoga.

  • I’ve used some Tae Bo and some older interval training tapes (yes thats VHS) 🙂 Then I sort of gave up but now I’ve started going to my local Curves and I would love to find a good set of something to do at home too.
