Shirley J’s Mugging #Review & #Giveaway (Ends 12/18/13)
I am always in the market to try new foods. With having a busy family schedule, it is hard sometimes to cook a full dinner and dessert for my family. When given the opportunity to review Shirley J’s new line of “Mugging” products, I was really excited.
What is “mugging” you ask? Well, it is a simple and tasty process that can delight your palate in just a few moments. The instructions are simple:
- Pour the mix into a mug
- Add the appropriate ingredients as instructed on the back of each package
- Microwave for about 90 seconds
- Eat & Enjoy
As pictured above, I first tired the Chocolate Brownie Cake. I cooked it as follows:
- Pour the packet into the Microwave Safe Mug
- Add 5 Tbsp water and whisk briskly with a fork for 20 seconds
- Add 1/4 cup chocolate chips to batter, stir
- Microwave on high for 90 seconds, be sure to test it with a toothpick to make sure it is done. Cook a few more seconds, if not done
- Let cool a few moments and enjoy
