I have many friends who are nurses and are amazing at what they do
I’d nominate my mother, she takes money from her own pocket to buy groceries for her elderly patients. They live on fixed incomes and sometimes it’s either food or medication. She has also inspired me to become a nurse, and I’ll be graduating 12/16/15
Was blinded temporarily once. Totally freaking out, the nurse that led me around the emergency room from test to test was fantastic, and made a nightmare situation much easier to deal with.
Yes I do have a nurse to nominate, she’s the one who took care of my son in ICU. There were a lot of special nurses but Matthew was the best.
My son had to go to ICU 2 years ago and his nurse was a Vietnamese Nun. She was so awesome with him.

i don’t have the nurses name but the woman who took care of me when I was in ICU was awesome and she really helped me and made me feel better and was soooo nice.

The nurse in my doctor’s office is amazing! I just love her so much! You can tell that she really loves her job.

I have a couple of friends who are nurses I am sure are deserving.
My favorite nurse that most stands out is Nurse Janet. When I had my first baby, everything was totally new to me and my milk wasn’t coming in. She told me to start pumping (as well as having the baby suck on my breast like I was doing). After trying a couple of pumping sessions, my milk finally came in and I was so relieved. I wish I would have started pumping to help get the milk going right away, but am so thankful to her for her advice! Julie [email protected]

The nurse that I had when I delivered my daughter was amazing. I wish I remembered her name 🙂 It was almost 5 years ago.
I would love to nominate all the nurses who cared for my first born when he was born his sugar level went low and they had to care for him in ICU. He was on a glucose drip until his sugar levels normalized. They did a great job!
