I love trail mix for the variety of sweet and salty together
I tend to air out the house by opening windows in the morning and using lavender oil at night. Lavender not only calms and soothes animals and kids but smells great too.
To keep the air clean in my house I open all the windows & doors as often as possible and diffuse essential oils into the bedrooms at night.
I try to keep the air clean by changing the filters in the central heating and air about every 3 months with the high grade HEPA filters. Still my 5 year old has severe asthma and it is a constant concern for me.
I keep plants in my house.
I love pretzels with Greek yogurt dip as a snack.
