  2. When my children were young, the way that I encouraged healthy eating habits was trying to make a variety of foods and to offer them prepared various ways until I found a way that they liked them.

  6. Well…my kids are grown, but I do have 2 granddaughters. We always make sure we give healthy gifts instead of candy at different celebrations. Even on Valentine’s Day, I would give a toy or educational toy instead of candy.
