We take the boys out for hot cocoa and drive around looking at Christmas lights, something my husband and I remember doing as kids. We also do the Christmas eve boxes with jammies, game or movie for family, snacks and blanket

We put up the tree on Black Friday, and we watch Christmas movies every night until the Feast of the Kings. 🙂
Our main tradition is taking it slow and easy on Christmas and actually letting our kids enjoy a present they just opened before shoving another one in front of them. Other than that looking at lights on houses and a big family meal and gathering.

My favorite holiday traditions are cutting down our tree and caroling at the local nursing homes!
The week before Christmas all the girls gather and do all the baking together. We have a blast, but the kitchen gets trashed. Music a playing and singing so much fun.
We have a big pot luck dinner at my mom and dad’s house with about 40 in attendance.
We have a giant pot luck every year at my mom and dad’s house. About 30 or 40 of us gather every year.
Most of our traditions center around the food. We still use my late Grandma’s recipes for the stuffing, Rum cake, etc. We use a lot of her old decorations, too.
Really enjoying going to the park and seeing all the lights. They have a little ride around train and all it’s fun.

One of our main traditions is a Boxing Day open house for all our friends.
We used to have many more, but now our tradition is eating a feast of crab legs on Christmas Eve.
My favorite day/night of the year is Christmas Eve. We have a house full of family and friends. We have three fondue pots on the go in addition to a roaster full of our homemade meatballs and delicious desserts! In the evening, we play charades, Pictionary and other games. The kids and dogs are included in all the fun. I am already excited for this year! Thanks for the super giveaway opportunity.
We always try (and usually suceed) on visiting both sides of the family between Xmas eve and New Years. We have a shared meal (at least one) and exchange gifts. We also go out to buy a Xmas ornament each year.
Our holiday traditions are drawing names for gift giving. We also all participate in the making of Christmas brunch with 10-15 people gathered in a small kitchen fit for 1. Crazy but fun times.
We read one Christmas story every night until Christmas Eve. We always make a few different kinds of holiday cookies every year. And they always get a new pair of Christmas pajamas on Christmas Eve.
I’m looking forward to spending Christmas with my sister and her family this year. We always read the Luke 2 passage in the Bible to keep in mind why we celebrate Christmas.
We make a lot of sweets and have a big feast, and we play board games.

The kids and I enjoy making rice krispies and ginger bread cookies. We watch movies and eat popcorn and also play bingo.
We make a new ornament every year. My tree has only homemade ornaments on it.
My husband is something of a scrooge… or a grinch… something like that. We really don’t have any holiday traditions, other than to get together with family and appreciate my brother-in-law’s exceptional cooking skills.
On Christmas Eve we will open a small gift then enjoy hot chocolate while watching Christmas movies.
Each year I take my girls to pick out a new ornament each to add to our tree, and we also love to buy hot drinks (coffee for me, cocoa for the kids) and drive around looking at Christmas lights.
