The holiday season is quickly approaching and you may have noticed your gift list getting longer and longer. Parents, children, siblings, aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, grandparents, friends, you name it they’re on your list. How can you possibly figure out the perfect gift for each person while still sticking to your budget? Take a look at this season’s hottest, affordable gifts for everyone on your list.christmas-gifts1.) Teenagers. Whether they’re your children, nieces and nephews or siblings, teenagers are likely the hardest to buy for. No longer can you buy them a simple toy to make them happy, but you also want to make sure you give them a thoughtful gift. Sure, you could give them money or gift cards and they would be overjoyed, but finding the perfect gift will be the highlight of their holiday season. You can never go wrong with electronics, but those can get pricey. Instead, grab them an iPhone case, bluetooth headphones or other mobile accessories. Looking for a small, trendy gift that will shine through the teenage angst? Get them a “meme-ified” gift such as a coffee tumbler with “But First, Coffee” on it. Your little trendsetter will love showing this gift off.

2.) Parents/Grandparents. Selecting gifts for your parents and grandparents can be a challenging task. Sentimental gifts is the way to go. It will not only bring a tear to their eye, but will also look like you put a lot of time and thought into choosing their gift. Purchase a nice, high-quality picture frame and include a family photo. You can use a picture frame from frameology to create a photo collage for their home. Use a good mix of photos and memories to give them a real thoughtful and sentimental gift.

3.) Young Children. Toys! Toys! Toys! What else could a child possibly want? Of course, not all toys are going to leave your kids jumping for joy. You want to make sure that you get one of this years’ hottest toys to make you the favorite. This year, we are heading back in time to the 80’s when trolls were all the rage. With the new Dreamworks Trolls movie coming out, Troll Dolls have made their way to the top of toy lists everywhere. Kids not into playing with dolls, then how about some virtual reality? The Sony Playstation VR will not only put your kids right in on the action with their video games, but will also be a great gift for the whole family to try. This can get a little pricey, but can also be given as a group gift for all of your children.

4.) Spouse. No matter what gender your spouse is, it’s important to get them a gift that is all about them. The last thing you want to do is buy your spouse a household item or even worse, a gift that YOU want. A day at the spa is an excellent gift for the spouse that could use a little pampering, but can really break the bank. Instead, buy an at-home spa foot bath. That way, they can relax anytime they want while having a spa-like experience. If you are looking to splurge a little and your spouse is someone who likes an adventure, invest in a gift that they will get a lot of use out of. Grab them a kayak, hiking gear or a Yeti Cooler for them to use on all of their future outings.

No matter how short or long your holiday gift list is, trying to find the perfect gift for each person is a stressful and overwhelming experience. Just remember, to stick within your budget, personalize each gift towards the recipient and enjoy the gift giving experience. After all, it’s the thought that counts right?
