Betty Crocker Molasses Cookie Review and Giveaway!
I got the opportunity to Review Betty Crocker Molasses Cookies, Oh my are they yummy! With a delectably soft and chewy texture, and great spice cookie taste, new Betty Crocker® Molasses Cookie mix combines real molasses flavor with hints of cinnamon and spice for a homemade taste that you´ll love.
I was sent a mix for Molasses Cookies so this past Sunday I made them. I am a baker and normally make everything by scratch, let me tell you this is the closest your going to get scratch baking! The mix makes approximately 3 Dozen 2 inch cookies or 2 Dozen 3 inch cookies. The mix is simple add egg, water and butter you can use margarine, but for me EVERYTHING is better with butter! It says to use use a rounded Teaspoon full but I rolled them in uniform balls, rolled them in sugar and scored them with a criss cross using a fork. They came out beautiful and tasted amazing!
