How to make a filling dessert for 6 when the only fruit in the house are two apples:
Line a pie plate with pastry, peel, core and dice apples and evenly distribute in pan, whisk until frothy 2 eggs, 1 /2 cup apple cider, 1/2 cup water, 1 tablespoon ground apple or pumpkin spice, 1/4 cup self rising flour. 1 cup sugar and 1/2 stick melted butter- pour over apples. Bake at 325 degrees for one hour or until middle puffs up slightly and filling pulls away from edges.
