The Pure Pantry Gluten Free Chocolate Chip Cookie Review

The Pure Pantry was started by Elizabeth Kaplan when she was diagnosed with Celiac Disease in 2002, she was disappointed in the lack of healthy, good tasting, gluten free products on the market. And I have to agree with her, that at that time it was very very hard to find yummy products to use. I happened upon her products after my niece in Oregon said someone had brought a cake to a potluck that was
vegan and really really good by a company called The Pure Pantry. You can see my original review of Elizabeth’s cookbook and her products HERE. I have not changed my opinion, if anything, I love her products even more. Here is the chocolate cake my granddaughter is enjoying that
I made with The Pure Pantry Chocolate Cake mix and I used coconut oil.

I love baking in the fall and winter most of all.  Lots of cakes, cookies, pies and much more.  While I do not personally have to avoid gluten products, trying to get myself and my household to eat healthier includes things that are gluten free.

Pure Pantry offers a wide array of items that are free of gluten, dairy, soy, nuts and eggs.  While some of the items may require the addition of eggs to prepare, they are free of eggs before preparing.  I love that the Pure Pantry products are all made with all natural and organic ingredients, giving myself and my family a better food product when eating.  I prepared a batch of tasty chocolate chip cookies and they came out delicious!

Preparing the cookies was really quick and easy to do, with the addition of three simple ingredients – butter, egg & vanilla – I was able to create a delicious and more natural treat that my family really enjoyed.

While living gluten and GMO free takes some time and patience, I am loving the change we are noticing and the overall health benefits that come with eating this way.  The Pure Pantry offers a wide variety of products including:
