Although I grew up in the Midwest, my mother’s family was from the East Coast and seafood was a real treat each time we would visit.  It gave me a fond love of all types of seafood.  I still reside in the Midwest, but find it hard to find good seafood items to serve my family.  Gorton’s has helped solve that problem, and in a healthy way.

Two of our family favorite’s is the RoastedGarlic & Butter Tilapia & Lemon Peppercorn Tilapia dishes.

I love that they are tasty, low in caloric content and Gluten Free!  Even my finicky daughter loves the taste of Gorton’s grilled fish.  I will continue to serve Gorton’s products to my family and hope that they continue this tradition when they become parents.
