  • To eat healthier, drink more water & less pop, & also exercise.

  • My New Year’s resolution is to continue to work on myself. That means paying attention to my overall health, maintain activity, and also work to be happy. There is enough sadness and other things wrong in this world. I do not need to contribute to any malaise, but rather I can choose to smile and find the positive in everything I can.
