How I Make Time For Me During The Holidays With Nature’s Bounty

As a parent, I am sure you can agree with me that anytime is a busy time. Between work, school, after school functions, and much more – things can get crazy. When you add the hoildays to that, it just worsens. There are visits with family and friends, parties, and more. You have to make sure to take time for yourself though, that way you don’t wear your mind and body out. I’m thankful that I have Nature’s Bounty to help me relax when I have time to myself.
I make it a point to always take an hour or so after my daughter gets on the bus to school to enjoy a cup of tea and some breakfast and just get ready for the day. Then, at night after she goes to bed I take another hour to unwind from the day, usually by getting a nice bubble bath and enjoying a nice beverage. There’s always a constant in both of these – my Nature’s Bounty diffuser. In the morning I diffuse Earthly Elements Peppermint to get me energized, and at night I use Earthly Elements Lavender to relax and unwind.
