Well, I’m not exactly Betty Crocker/Martha Stewart, sooo let’s just say I am a bit challenged in the kitchen/cooking department!!! Lol But, I do make one heck of, what I call ‘Sausage Casserole’!!! And thankfully, my family just loves it to pieces, so that’s what gets served, A LOT. 😉

I love to drink hot tea, so I heat up my water in the microwave.
