What do you do to de-stress?  What stressors are prevalent in your life?  Do you have a special regimen or routine that helps you find your inner “Zen” and de-stress a bit?  I always like to relax with a steamy bath and a little lavender oil in the water, while listening to some relaxing music.  Another way I like to de-stress is leash up my littler terrier and talk a nice walk around the neighborhood on a cool, crisp evening.
