I am weird about showing my arms….So shorts, sandals and quarter sleeves are my thing. That way I am not hot and feel comfy!
Keep a few (3) women’s hankies soaked in witch hazel in a zip-loc baggie. Occasionally wipe wrists, neck, and inside of elbows with a hankie to help cool you down.
Flowing cotton sundresses, skirts, and tops. Loose and light.
I love wearing linen shorts and a colored V-neck t-shirt

On your leisure days, whether you are spending the day at home getting caught up on your reading, shopping with friends or on vacation, think – natural! Wash your hair and do not add any product. No makeup except for sun protection items. Take your nail polish off so you don’t have to worry about chipping. You deserve some time where you do not have to use beauty and body products because you are beautiful just the way you are!
