Kidfresh Now Has Totally Rockin’ Tots + Giveaway (Ends 3/28)
Did you know that Americans today consume over 70 million pounds of tater tots a year? How crazy?! Now there’s a great brand that I love that has tater tots – introducing Kidfresh Totally Rockin’ Tots! Created by Matt Cohen, with the help of a top chef and a pediatric nutritionist, they created yummy and nutritious meals for kids that are also convenient for parents. And I love their promises: to use wholesome ingredients that contain no artificial colors, flavors or preservatives, include up to a 1/2 cup of hidden vegetables in each meal, non-GMO ingredients, a BPA free tray and green packaging, and to have a great taste kids love. My daughter loves her Kidfresh meals, so I would definitely say they have a great taste that kids love – and I’ll admit, I love them too! And the fact that Kidfresh is Mom’s #1 Brand of Healthy Frozen Kids Meals, you know they are good. 
Now with Kidfresh’s Totally Rockin’ Tots, the fun and deliciousness continues! They are delicious tots that are crisp on the outside and have a smooth potato on the inside. There are two flavors available:
- Russet Potato + Cauliflower – Russet potatoes, blended with cauliflower and a touch of Parmesan cheese.
- Yukon Gold + Yellow Squash – Yukon Gold potatoes blended with yellow squash and a touch of Parmesan cheese.
With the Kidfresh Totally Rockin’ Tots, I made a delicious Tater Tot Casserole in the slow cooker! Here is the recipe:
- 1 Package Kidfresh Totally Rockin' Tots
- 1 Pound of Ground Beef, Browned
- 1 Can Diced Tomatoes
- 1 Can Cream of Chicken Soup
- 1 Small Onion, Diced
- 2 Cups Cheddar Cheese, Shredded
- Mix browned grown beef, diced onion and diced tomatoes. Pour mixture into the bottom of a greased slow cooker.
- Mix in cream of chicken soup and top with Kidfresh Totally Rockin' Tots.
- Cook on low for 2-3 hours.
- minutes before serving, top with shredded cheese.
- Enjoy!
