since my being diagnosed with Interstitial Cystitis, we’ve taken to changing our diets drastically. We eat a lot less processed foods because I can’t eat them without having awful debilitating pain, and we try to eat whole foods with as little salt, acidic foods, etc as possible. I don’t drink coffee or anything with caffeine, soda is out unless we make seltzer water and infuse it with low acid fruits or veggies, and we cut out Ham, and super salty meats so no more precut deli meats, etc.

we make it a point to bond & have our family time every week weather watching movies inside the house or at the movie theater, going to the beach, road tips visiting relatives. Having great time at the pool, cooking, baking, BBQ’ing, playing outdoor games
