~~Kristin’s Week 2 Weight Loss Journey Results with Nutrisystem #NSNation~~~
Well after my second full week on Nutrisystem, I must say I am doing very well.
I have now been 16 days soda-free and eating so much healthier since I started Nutrisystem!!!
So for the good news. I lost 3 lbs this week, making my total 8lbs!!!! I have even cheated at times (Pizza is my weekness), but overall I am sticking with the plan to a “T” and the results are real!!!
My favorite food thus far has been the Chicken Arroz Con Pollo and my all-time favorite dessert this week is the caramel ice cream cup. The food tastes great and filling it with good starches and protein has really made my results stay strong.
Keep watching me as I continue with Nutrisystem and lose more weight and become the healthier, happier “ME” that is long overdue 🙂
