Lincoln Logs Forge Mill Cabin inspires Creative Build & Play (and Giveaway)
One of the earliest toys I can remember playing with as a child was my Lincoln Logs. They were invented in 1916 by John Lloyd Wright and have been keeping children’s imaginations building and growing for 100 years!
Years of imagination and tradition are what Lincoln Logs is all about. Several generations of my family have grown up building, playing and going to worlds in our imagination with our Lincoln Logs.Lincoln Logs gives children the concept of classic construction, along with helping develop fine motor skills and mathematics and design. Lincoln Logs are 100% built in the USA and come in the combined package set that includes the classic wooden pieces, some plastic accessories and in different colors. This gives you the ability to design the roof and siding of your buildings.
One of the first sets that is perfect to start little ones out with is the Forge Mill Cabin. Equipped with 51 pieces, this set includes a real wooden logs, roof eaves and slats, and a cowboy figure to travel back into the Old Western Times. It is recommended for children ages 3 and up.You can find this and many other toys available online through Lincoln Logs, Amazon and many larger retailers. Be sure to see all that K’nex has available this holiday season for those little ones on your shopping list.
