As a mother myself, I know that time can get the best of me with working, cleaning, cooking and caring for my family. That is why I always try to pamper myself at least once a month and find quality “Me” time. My mom worked 3 jobs and still managed to take care of all 3 of us by herself. She was tired and always worn out by the weekend. One Sunday every month, she would go out with friends for a nice lunch and give herself some quality “alone” time to pamper herself. I continue this tradition. I treat myself to a day of dining out, pedicure and shopping. At home, I like to soak in a hot, relaxing bath once a week with some calming oils and scented candles to have a moment of peace and relaxation.
